Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. U.S. orders are generally dispatched from Amazon warehouses in the United States. European Union orders are generally dispatched from an Amazon warehouse in Germany. The exact facility may vary according to inventory availability and delivery destination.

Shipping Destinations

We currently serve the United States and eligible European Union destinations shown at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

  • United States Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • European Union Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch where available, charged at a flat rate of $8 USD.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Rates

Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders over $100 USD after discounts and before taxes. For orders of $100 USD or less, the available shipping rate will be displayed at checkout.

Duties and Import Taxes

For supported destinations, customs duties and import taxes are covered by FIRAMIRA. Customers will not be asked to pay additional import duties upon delivery. Any sales tax required at checkout will be displayed before payment.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking events to appear.

Address Changes and Delivery Problems

Review your delivery address before placing the order. If a correction is needed, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing begins. If a package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, email us with your order number and tracking information.
