These Terms of Service govern your use of firamira.co and purchases from FIRAMIRA. FIRAMIRA is operated by Quanzhou Qiyun E-commerce Co., Ltd. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, and images accurately. Screen settings and production variations may affect appearance. Products and quantities are subject to availability, and we may limit or discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may correct pricing or typographical errors before accepting an order. Payment is processed securely by Oceanpayment or other payment providers made available at checkout. For supported destinations, FIRAMIRA covers customs duties and import taxes; any applicable sales tax will be shown at checkout.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory errors, pricing errors, sanctions or legal restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

5. Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day and fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. Estimated delivery, shipping charges, customs treatment, tracking, and address rules are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Do not send a return without authorization and the correct return warehouse address.

FIRAMIRA, our logos, product imagery, designs, website content, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
